Appearance |  Opaque amber orange with a lacy white head.

Smell | Malts, grains, floral, citrus, and earthiness.

Taste | Hops, roasted malts, bitter, grains, citrus, and biscuit.

Aftertaste | Bitter, roasted malts, and grains.

Overall | The extra delicious truth is out there!  The name is a great reference to ‘Fire in the Sky’.  This is a bold, smooth and balanced brew that will have a regular spot in the beer fridge.  If a fan of other Rye beer,  the drinker will enjoy this.   Fire in the Rye will become popular, scratch that, it’s already popular within the Ontario craft beer scene.  Mulder and Scully would enjoy this fine brew from Double Trouble Brewing Co.
